i have worked on many cars and trucks, but this honda is a little new to me. usually there is a dip stick or a drain hole. i just hope i don't have to take any major parts off just to get to it.

i cannot afford to take it in or buy a manual, and all the chilton's in stores are wrapped in plastic ~smart~

if its a manual tranny the check/fill plug is on the passenger side of trans.above the axle.if its an automatic it kind of hidden under a hose(i dont remember if its a a/c line or a p/s line)towards the radiator on the pass.side.good luck

There is drain and fill plugs. I see a "Chilton Book" is in your future and make sure you use the right ATF. Or manual gear oil.
