Drink a lot of water weigh yourself, pee and weigh yourself. Sorry unless you're obese there's no healthy way to lose that much and if you were obese I don't think you'd want to stop at a week.

Loosing weight is pretty easy, but 3 kilos in a week might be pretty hard. It took you longer to put it on, toke some time to take it off

Sit in a sauna for an hour.

Open your handbag put some weighing stone (3kg ) into it.......... and weigh yourself with the hand bag... hurray... now u r three kilo plus.

drink plenty of milk may be 1000ml per day have some high protein food like egg, almond, cereals and pulses for breakfast and lunch, workout and just see the difference

Eat heavy breakfast and lunch. Skip dinner. And go swimming (if you can) or gym workout (if you cant swim) everyday. I've tried before and it works on me...now your turns. Good Luck!
