Yes very much so, if you feel unhappy about it when you feel it near just ask it to leave you alone, this works most times, you could ask a spiritualist to come round, it would not be the first time i have done this, but watch out because some charge the earth

Yes. In the 1940's I was raised as a small child in a building that housed a 15th century monastry in England. My parents were both psychics and so am I. We saw the spirit of an old monk who died in the monastry and his skeleton was found and removed, we are told, in the late 1960's. That place and others I've lived in over the years have all had their 'ether' and many times I have been able to describe the people who lived there even 50 and 60 years later.
If you are not psychic then you may not be able to find out about the history of the house or people unless you engage a reputable psychic. But be very carefuly...there are some real charlatans out there and if they pick up on you being impressionable they'll charge you a 'motza' and tell you yarns bigger then Ben Hur.

Yes on both accounts.
Trying tracing the background of the house through legal documents. Title and deed holders of the past. You can usually find this information in the local court house and it's 'public knowledge'. Anyone can trace it if they want to spend the time and effort.
You should have an "about age" of the house. Most of the time when you buy a house it'll list an age, be it approximate or correct, on the papers with the sellers information about the house. This would be a good place to start tracing the records held by the county court house.
Once you're done with that, check old news papers at the local library and see if you can find anything specific about the house, if anything violent is attached to the house. Be it actually the house or the property around the house.
If you're having 'bad feelings' about the house, get in touch with a local church and see if they'll come out to bless it before your search. If not, you can do your search before the blessing.

well yeah. Most people don't like to think they have a ghost so these "ghosts" are usually called residual energy echoes because that is exactly what they are. It's like memories or atleast part of memories in a visual or sensory manner.
If you let these things effect you then yes, they can effect the quality of life while living there. Finding out the spiritual side of a house...that's interesting, do you know the previous owners? Any records of previous owners? News articles about the previous owners of the land? It might take a lot of research, since we are not all able to easily access hollywood tv computers.

Yes ,I can remember when I was first married ,we rented a house and it was very old fashioned ,we were very young and tried to sort of modernise it by taking down all the pictures and put up new wallpaper ,
The pictures were all religious and had things like ,god is love ,on them although I believe in god didn`t want these around at my age ,about a week later the house went mad ,windows smashed outwards an electric fire went up the wall, numerous other things ,would take too long to tell you,
Therefor I think it`s more on the people that lived and died there than the actual house ,

Well, yes. The house and the ground the house is built on kinda absorbers the things that happen in and on the house and grounds, after a while that energy has to be released. Not necessarily in the form of a ghost, but the house itself can become "alive". and develop its own personality. If the residence in the house was "evil" the house, and grounds it stands on can become something like a doorway to the other side.
These things can and will affect your way of living. Even if the house is good.
You can do research of the house and the grounds the house was built on.

Of course it can. Remember that there is no way that energy disappears. That answers the first part of the question. The second part is also yes. If the spirit remaining is negative, it will affect the home negatively. I believe that you are all ready feeling what the atmosphere is and now it is time to act on it.

May be you don't understand excuse me, but I don’t speak a good English.
In Europe this question, to go on with insistence
When in the old time of the house, are blades
Abatement.
If, the spirits don’t find a peace, goes on to war with the people, to living in this House.
The possibilities, to changing this situation, are much and are many. That depend how make to understand what they wanted.
This spirit has to need to sleeping, and forget they old story.
To see a way out, is possible, but you look for the solution with a person whit capacity, to see clear, and make a decision.
Don't always when make a war for the peace, the presence, accept to "sleeping" and go in peace, sometimes they turn dangerous, more violent hatred. Select your step, for don’t take a wrong way.
Good luck! And sorry for my bad language.
In Europe this things are much frequently.

This is a very personal feeling about a house. It is the same thing as when you house hunt - the property you buy is the one that you FEEL is the best for you within your price range, it is nothing to do with the layout, what it looks like or where it is - it is almost as if the house welcomes you particularly.
I didn't believe in Feng Shui either until I moved into my current house - I found I couldn't sleep with the bed in a certain position in the room and changed it round following the basic concepts. Worked for me!

As a nonbeliever in ghosts or spirits, I sometimes wonder.
Science has many ideas and unproved theories, so here is one more.
It could be possible for the atoms of a wall, for instance to record imprints of events and play them back when the right conditions occur, like a computer memory.
Quantum Memory. Who knows?
Some houses cause bad feelings, usually due to ultrasonic vibrations, If you are uncomfortable try a white noise generator.

Well i think you'd have to find a hippi or some sort of new age guru to find out the spiritual side of your house.
But for some people, myself included, if the house has a strong atmosphere you can feel it. It keeps me out of trouble, maybe you can develope this sense, there are books.
