My partner had this done for his feet & hands. He went back to the docs after his hands were done and asked the question you just have...Apparently your body HAS to sweat from somewhere, by doing the op to stop your hands sweating other sweat glands have taken over the job your hands did hence why you have reflex sweating on your back & chest...unfortunately there is nothing you can do BUT if it is any consolation my partners chest & back sweating has calmed down rather a lot now, so just hang in there for a bit and see if it calms down, if not see your doctor.

Designer surgery is such fun. Now you have moved the sweating to your back and chest, how quaint. Seems to me like you were better off before. See if you can get your money back. That's a totally bogus result.

you could have another operation, and then somewhere else will get sweaty. If you keep having opps eventually you'll run out of places to get sweaty

try going on a detox. removing all the toxins from your body and reducing your intake of wheat and yeast (no alcohol) may reduce the amount of sweat you produce. the body sweats to cool itself down and to release toxins from the body.so by removing those toxins yourself you may find that your overall sweating will diminish. hope this helps...

Are you saying you had the surgery for HYPERHIDOSIS? My daughter and neice have HYPERHIDOSIS; my neice had the surgery, and now gets BOTOX shots for her regional sweating. I've also read that accupuncture can help it.
