Depending upon the line of activity, the problems relate to broadly all functional areas and that is why manpower, experts, techniques, and all kind of resources are deployed to overcome these issues.

their could be alot of problems if not taken care of like manufacturing process, internal conflicts like conflicts between employees or motivation problem, customer dissatisfaction
