He is very good and lets not deny it his goals were crucial. He came as a substitute in Italy's game against the Czech Republic and scored the first goal of the game.In the final game he scored again then he went on to score Italy's second penalty in the shoot-out.
He is a good defender who score in the right time.

He's a great soccer player. Seriously, I think that Marco is a skillful player and his performances have improved during the World cup. He has shown that he has a good potential and he's capable od scoring a lot of goals as we have all seen.his performances are great, I've never seen another player playing like him. He's exceptional!! Marco is very experienced and he's a useful player not like Cassano, Marco scored more than one goals for us during the World Cup, he plays remarkably and he's an excellent player. He's not like what the others say about him. He's really a great soccer player and he has a great career ahead of him. He's a good player and the players like him will have an important part in history for our future generation.

Well, I think Materazzi is a really good defender. You know the agressive types. He really contributes to the Italian defense along with Cannavaro and Nesta. His performances have all been fine. His greatest achievement should be winning the World Cup(forget the head-butting incident)

Well, I didnt know much about him bfore the finals.I just new taht he was an italy player.I feel that as a soccer player he is ok.BUt soccer also has some rules and one who cant abide by them and provokes other to break rules can never be a good player.
He can never be anywhere near Zidane.

As a player he is very good and his passing is excellent as he demonstrated at the 2006 World Cup.
If he wasn't a good player he would not have been chosen to represent his country at the World Cup finals.
Only the best are chosen.

Isn't a superstar, but itsn't that bad. His role is to annoy the opposing players, but he can score a couple goals too.

He's kinda rough when playing out on the field but besides that he's amazing! He's super nice and was always my favorite I think he's very talented!
