The Gas Laws are not required here. It's a Math problem. The volume of air in the room = 4m x 5m x 2.5m = 50m³. Of this, Oxygen is 21% = 0.21 x 50 = 10.5m³ of Oxygen. The Density of Oxygen (from my own notes) = 1.43kg/m³. 10.5m³ x 1.43kg/m³ = 15kg of Oxygen.
