Yes
It's called the PIN CODE.
You cannot get into the mobile without it and knowing the phone number of the SIM.

My phone is set with one (always on) but whether I hear it is another story. But if someone removes my SIM CARD to add another they'll get a shock. Is locked to just that card (by me) and the old card has a PIN.

At the very least will cost them £10. But I also know my IMEI!

No mobile phones have seperate locks for address book, but you can use Vodafone 904SH, where all data is stored in the server. so even if u lose it, you can fetch it later.

I have a Motorola. If you go to security settings, you can chose individual things to be locked by a pin. Just make sure its one you can remember.

Most mobiles have a pin so people can't get into your phone at all.

for most fones.. if you go to your menu, and go to ure settings, the security.. it will list phone locks, go to that a enable.. contact list block, its either called that or something else.. if ure fone is really old it probably wont have this feature.

Why do you want to block parts of your phone? Trying to hide something from your other halve???? If you havenothing to hide you shouldn't need to block anything.
