The potato sandwich, without a doubt. This is what would happen:
Spongebob: Look, Patrick! What is that?
Patrick: What?
SBob: That thing falling from the sky!
Pat: What thing falling from the-oof! [gets hit by giant potato sandwich]
SBob: Patrick! I'll save you [puts on karate gear] HIYA! [kicks potato sandwich and stubs toe] OWWWWW! OW! OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW!
Pat: Spongebob, are you okay?
SBob: Yes, Patrick, I'm- hey! how did you get out from under that giant sandwich?
Pat: Oh, I wasn't under it, Spongebob. It landed in front of me.
SBob: Okay, well, in that case, lets eat!
Pat: Okay!
[Potato sandwich falls on them]
Pat&SBob: [muffled] Ow.

hmmmm.. can the potato sandwich do anything or is it just an inanimate object? If it can do stuff, I say it gets bored of spongebob and walks away, if it's just a regular potato sandwich, spongebob has to go home to feed gary sometime.

Obviously since the potatoe sandwich cant move the victory goes to Spongbob, until Iron Man gets upset about this matchup and blows everyone up.
