Turn it upside down with the mouth pointed down. Fill it with air then put the top (bottom) back on.

Turn the bottle upside down, stick two graphite probes into it, connect a DC power source to the probes. This will split the water into oxygen and hydrogen gas forcing the remaining water out as it expands.

If its a plastic bottle squeeze it until all the water comes out.
By the way if u try 2 do electrolysis and separate water into O2 and H2 using electricity under the ocean u will b really "shocked", I can assure u dat.
