Talking to my boyfriend. He always listens to everything i have to say and tries to help and support me with any troubles i may have. After we have talked about what is making me sad or depressed he then sets about cheering me up which he always manages to do as he is such a wonderful and amazing man. He always reminds me of the wonderful things in my life and that cheers me up no end. i hope u have someone in ur life that can do the same for you. x
