Since I don't use the metric system, I can't tell you what is a healthy weight to be, or if 20 kilos is too much to lose, but judging from the numbers, you are trying to lose more than a fourth of your weight, that I know is not healthy. BUT to answer your question- using a caloric intake system, you have to burn more calories than you eat. Doing this by about 150 calories a day up to 300 calories a day, you will lose weight. And remember, weight lifting burns way more calories faster than using a treadmil or aerobics.

Hello,

Do some sports/activity to consume more energy with moving than you input with eating. Try to eat foods with low energy and cholesterol levels, such as salads. Avoid drinks with high amount of sugar (like Cola), when you need the coffein, try coffee or tea.

The ability to lose weight heavily depends on the age. Losing 20 kilos to be around 56 kilos for 165 cm is very unlikely and irrational to me (I'm 170 cm and around 65 kilos and I don't look fat :D). Try to lose 10. Losing too much weight is unhealthy, especially when combined with rude diet. Your skin will sag if you lose weight to fast.

Again, start gradually to do some sport. Start it with just a cuople of minutes daily to avoid heart attacks caused by sudden overload of your heart. Try to combine sports (eg. running, cycling, aerobic) to equally improve all parts of your body.
Even small amounts of REGULAR activity can bring good results in a month or two.

When you are sporting or move regulary, you can eat whatever you want, as long as you can utilize the energy contained by the food, instead of storing it (it the form of fat).

Good luck!

Regards

If you really want to reduce your weight by 20 kg. you should daily go for walk in a garden early in the morning. You inhale fresh air deep and also have jogging for about 40 minutes or brisk walk. Avoid alcohal, sugar and butter cream etc. Do not eat full to your stomach, leave half empty. Sleep well in night. I give a guarantee that if you do this for about one month, your weight will be reduced.

Reduce portion sizes everytime you eat. have lots of raw foods -fuits and vegies. Opt for white meats, whole grains. drink lots of water, snack healthy and never go hungry instead have 5 light meals a day. And yes!! you gonna have to WORK OUT too! nothing over the top - walk, do gardening, keep active and you will see results. Don't expect to lose overnight and avoid the scale for a whole month. Its vital for you to change your lifestyle totally and realise that it is a process. Good luck!
