guys i was using this sauna belt.it does work but then i have these fuckn brown patches all round my waisteline...............wanna get rid of it.any help girls...............cant even think of not using it

try sit ups and crunches for your tummy - these other things always have side effects which they don't tell you about...

You are using it too often. reduce the usuage. it will go away
