I got all my info from a DVD that I got from the hospital I delivered at. I would also make sure you went on a hospital tour because it is really nice to see where you are going to go and where you will be giving birth and then what postpartum looks like. Then you might want to take some classes. I didn't take Lamas but after having my baby 2 months ago I think it is a good ideal. You really need the breathing method even if you are having drugs. I did take an infant care class which was nice. Because it showed me all the weird things babies can have when they are born harmful things and the normal things. All about how to clean them, everything. I mean they told me a lot in the hospital after but the nurses were really impressed that I knew everything already. Also there is a funny book to read call "Belly Laughs" it is by Jenny Macarthy. It is so funny. I was laughing so hard. There is a web site that I joined called www.http://www.babycenter.com/ this web site will send you am email every week telling you about your babies development. then once you have had he/she they still do it. Also I would go join all the diaper sites and there is a great magazine that lets you get a free subscription when you are prego. called American Baby. they probably have a web site let me see sure do here it is http://www.americanbaby.com/ Plus when I get the magazine I started getting all kinds of coupons too, which are great for baby stuff because money is so tight with a new baby. I hope this helps you. If it a wonderful thing having a baby. And labor isn't that bad, just remember when you are in labor it is only temporary pain, but is really isn't that bad, plus all the work you did is worth the beautiful life you bring into the world. And when you see that new baby all that work is forgotten right away, and you realize how much your mother really loved you all these years!~

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/rWMNO
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!
