Would'nt it be better to have a 'Get them out clause' written into their contracts of employment (like the rest of us) for when theyre caught out.

I don't believe All mp'sare liars, but most probably are. The system in this country allows ANYONE to stand for election. Why not give it a go. If you feel you could be honest-always, and would really put forward the views of the voters, instead of yourself GO FOR IT.

I think it is time that we bring the power back to the people !
The standard of integrity in politicians is abominable ,it only like it
because they got the voter into a state of submission !
Young people ought to be the ones that get on to the barricades
to demonstrate their displeasure against politicians not fight and shoot each other !
I am going to void( destroy) my vote at the next election as a demo . against this system ! I do not know who to vote for as
the ones standing for election are going to be another bunch of
"legalised" bandits ! (No Robin Hoods though )

Because they are people, same as everyone else on the planet!
A huge percentage of people are self-serving, and the temptation to lie is far greater to someone in a position of authority, power or influence. It gets even worse when cash is involved - but that's a different subject, probably not on this particular agenda.

They have no alternative but to Lie , to cover up the Disasters they cause for the rest of us - screwing up our Lives ,so they Lie not only for themselves but for each other, and then end up "Leaking " information and Stabbing each other in the Back , their Anthem is "All Brothers Together , Ever Loyal , Ever True" but the Bastards all sing it with their fingers crossed behind their backs.

Being politicians, I think they'll blame us. They would probably say that if the general public didn't KEEP finding them out, they would have no need to tell such blatant lies!

because they talk such crap nowadays that they can't be trusted and relied upon. and as they occupy high positions of power, they believe it gives them the authority to say and do whatever they like and fool the people as they like, implying almost we wouldn't take any notice of it .

politicians are like empty houses with no furnitures. Once they get the job. the advisors take over like furnitures in house. The house will look different from what it was first seen.
I think politicians are good actors.

If they told the truth;
"Vote for me, and I'll get more money. I won't de a better job, but my wife will be happier, and we can get the kids into a good private school. Whatever happens, whoever you vote for, the poor will just get poorer, and the rich will just get richer - so who cares? vote for me anyway. please."

I agree, they are all liars and having affairs, they should only get one chance, if they mess up, which they always do, then out they go.
