I think we should take all the children of Iraq. Raise them in America until they are 18 and then send them all back to clean up the mess their fathers made of their country. Any takers?

Do you mean someone with the last name Marshall or someone who is a Marshall?
They are already under "martial" law, sending in a Marshall isn't likely to do much.

I believe you mean martial law.
What do you think they've been trying to do? There are searches for weapons caches, U.S. troops and Iraqi allied forces regularly engage insurgents, U.S. forces are being worn thin attempting to keep security. You can't expect miracles. It's a war. The enemy is not cooperating.
And oh yes, George Bush created this mess. He is a very bad man.

Marshall Law was actually declared for a while. Obviously it applies to the citizens, but not to the suicide bombers.
