Sweetheart - here are some websites with phone numbers for both Union City and Alameda County (Family and Social Services). Call them today - get some help for you and the twins. Good luck

Call the police department or social services or local community outreach center in your area for help or hotline numbers that might help you.
Sheesh, hon, the kitten is the least of your troubles but, maybe they can take it too.
