if you have adobe photoshop, you can edit photos with it. Also if you got what i got i got Arcsoft PhotoImpression 5 which is also good to use.

1. Photoshop
2. Illustrator
3. MS Paint
4. Supreme Office
even with MS Office

Using a software program like PhotoShop or PhotoImpact, generally you edit a picture by cropping, re-sizing, color correction, color balancing, contrast adjustment...anything you do to change an image is editing.
