Pro's - good job market, a lot of social activities to do.
Cons - bad housing market, a lot of money for a 200 year old house, you are basically paying for the land, too much traffic, bad public transportation, moderate criminal activity, ridiculously bad drivers, rude people. Overpriced Patriots and Red Sox tickets.

Well.. as I'm sure you've heard, the foliage is beautiful.. the change of seasons is refreshing and nice. I don't know what exact part of Mass you're talking about though.. some areas seem to be very ritzy, I've only passed through.. and the houses are miles apart. Then you have an area like Dorchester which is the complete opposite. Depends on what living situation you want and what you like..

It means Massachusetts.
I've never been there, but there's a LOT of history in that state. I imagine Boston would be an expensive place to live, so aim for a suburb, if you want to live in that area at all.
