i hav a science test tomorrow for 100 ,marks..i have 5 lessons in biology..3 in physics and 2 BIGGGGG lessons in chemistry.ive finished studying but im afraid that i may not remember everything.....moreover.im VERRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY tensed.im extremly worried plzzzzzzz help me

Now Comes My Formula,
Think tomorrow i.e. Monday is a normal working day. Now today is Sunday. And moreover, Sunday is the most entertaining day of the week. Today, just do one thing, sleep, sleep, enjoy.
You may not believe, tomorrow is also my exam and the formula i mentioned for you, am applying it the whole day. And to your surprise i'm also an average student. Tomorrow is our computer exam. But it's not like your exam. We're having 40 marks exam. So exciting. Right? Be calm and i highly recommend you one thing.....

Lighten up. Be confident. Be sure of yourself. Do not doubt yourself, or you will fail. If you trust yourself that you know the material, you will know it when the time comes. If your mind is blocked with self doubt and worry then you will not be able to focus on the task at hand. So, lighten up, be confident and dont worry. Good Luck!

if the test is tomorrow then you have done everything you can tonight. The next best thing is SLEEP. sleep rejuvenated your body and brain cells. It will be easier to remember things when you have had a good night sleep rather than cramming all night.
Trust me I know, i'm a recent graduate from university in engineering..

Just relax... get plenty of sleep, and believe in yourself.
Be positive.. trust yourself, believe in yourself.
Let the stress go... you have put this on yourself, and you can
take it away. Remember a time when you kicked butt in a similar situation... I know you can. You will be fine!!!
