There are lots of human instincts.
Psychologists look for behaviors that appear early in life and which are found in all cultures when they look for instincts.
For example: babies everywhere smile and laugh when they are happy. Thus, these appear to be instinctual behaviors - i.e. they are programmed in before birth.
Other examples of behaviors which are likely to have been built into our brains and which all normal humans engage in are talking, walking on two feet, touching someone you care about, feeling sadness or loss when someone dies, sexual attraction, and so on.

We have a survival instinct.
That's the one that makes the adrenaline flow when we're in a 'flight or fight' situation.
I can't think of any other one.

Curioriosity. The need to explain things. That is the human beginning of both religion and science.
Other than that, sex (not necessarily breeding), and survival.
