This won't work if your parents are tracking what you are doing on the internet.
It's better to just use the computer like you are suppose to instead of visiting sites that you shouldn't. If you're found out you could lose your computer privledges and what fun would that be?

The only way I know of is to erase the whole history... and maybe next time you should just stay off of those sites!
Tools->Internet Options->Clear History->OK.
Understand, though, that there are people who use the history (me, included) to find things they've seen on-line but didn't save anywhere. Once you erase the history, people (your parents) will be able to see that it's been done and may want to know why.
Of course, there is a back door through which they will be able to see where you've been.
Good luck with that.

Hit control and H at the same time it'll bring up the history then jsut delete the sights that you don't want to pop up or you can go into my computer, then control panel, then network and internet connections, then internet options, then hit delete browsing history. The reason the sights pop up is because they are still in your browser history, once the history is deleted they won't pop up again until you visit those sites again.

Sounds like someone is afraid mommie and daddy will find out...no matter how you try to hide where you've been there are ways parents can find out where you've surfed. All they have to do is check with your internet provider and they can get a listing of all internet activity (what sites were visited and at what times), that goes on.
