Human Resource Management is an excellent field to conduct the project works since it is related with the behavioural aspects of the employees and employers and inter-relationships among themselves. If yor refer to Fred Luthans' ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR, you would come across so many projects that you can take up. For example: 1. Motivation of the employees for the organizational effectiveness. 2. The necessity of training to improve the skill of the employees. 3. Arrangements of visits to well-organized establishments to understand the reasons for the improvement. 4. Provision of incentives such as increments, promotions and introduction of new cadres. For the present, this small platform "Yahoo! Answers" is good enough to give you an idea of what kind of projects you can take up for your MBA in HR. Good luck!
