First wash your face good and dry it. The smaller pimples may just come out on their own as you wash. Then an astringent. Witch hazel if you want all-natural. Then a light, very light moisturizer. And wash your face more often than is your current habit. Everyone thinks getting all set up in the morning is enough, and then "repairing makeup" is just a touch-up. No. When you are having problems, you wash your face at noon and after you get home from school or work, as well; all three steps each time. It's not worth it to wear makeup right now, either.

But then to me, makeup should be reserved for prom night or candlelit dinners in expensive restaurants.

are they on your nose or around the side rims?
If htey are, they might not be pimples. they could just be clogged oily white heads. Try going for a steam facial. They will unclog all the pores and professionally and safely "pop" the pimples and take out the blackheads and oily bits that are keeping the pimples there.

You can also try using a hot towel and placing it ove ryour face, press down gently and leave for about 20 seconds. when you take it off, the pore on your face should have opened up a bit more, then, with a piece of tissue wrapped around yoru index fingers, you can try to slowly "scrape" and slowly extract the white pussy, oil substance from the pimples and bumps. Careful not to push too hard because putting too much pressure on your skin can cause inflamation, which can cause redness and temporary blemish around the nose. After doing so, you may want to apply some medicated acne product containing salysilic acid. Clean & Clear has a great line of products that can help you. If you end up doing damage, as in breaking the skin or bleeding, try applying some polysporin. It heals fast and prevents scars. =)

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acnee problems. According to me Red and white pimpless are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimmples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.
