I was using the bathroom, and had some discomfort when I touched my sack, I examined it, and there was a elevated lump, about dime sized, and a half inch high, very hard, very painful. There is no whitehead, doesn't look like a zit, anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Based on your description, it could very likely be an ingrown hair. You may have found it before the whitehead formed. Genital warts are usually smaller and testicular cancer results in a lump on the testes themselves not on the scrotum. If it doesn't resolve itself within a week, I suggest you see a doctor. You should also avoid sexual contact until you know what it is for sure.

It's probably nothing to worry about but man absolutely get it checked out.If it turns out to be nothing great but if it is something they want to check out more closely then the earlier you catch it the better.But seriously man get it checked out.But like I said it's probably nothing to worry about.Good Luck.

Go get it check! Ask a doctor to see it and feel it. It could be testicle cancer and might be prevented from getting to a worst state. Please go get check. I hope it's nothing serious. Good luck
