Essentially water has now become a limited resource not only in the Philippines but elsewhere in the world. When I was still in grade school. we were taught that planting trees will save our environment including a continuous supply of water if we protect our water shed areas. I guess that lesson is true and paid off, because I have since graduated and water comes in our faucet every time I turn it on. Further, NGO campaign like Green Peace and Pro-environment groups saved us from water crisis. Keeping our lakes, rivers, and streams clean will also ensure us clean water to drink. Major water sources like the dams all over the country are being maintained and protected right now. I believe that water conservation is not just a government responsibility but our responsibility as well by conserving their use and keeping our environment clean. Bottled water, anyone?!

There is no real shortage of water there but a real shortage for quality water.
The fili government should talk less, pocket less and start getting interested with their real jobs.

particular, i think of we or some persons rely too plenty on the government. some persons positioned the blames on the government exceedingly while it is composed of the "poverty difficulty". and that i might disagree with that mentality (no offense meant, i promise). progression and progression ought to commence with our selves. the government's function is to assist us, not "to do the paintings for us".
