a man and his wife were driving in a car, when the wife's behavior caused him to stop the car and rush to the nearest house. when he returned to the car, he found his poor wife at death's door and there was a stranger in the car with her. when the police arrived, they did not arrest or even question the stranger. why?who is that stranger?

I dont believe it can be a paramedic ...... or any medical personel ..its to obvious ... a baby her son ... could be but not likely .... why would they just be out driving .... and her behavior made him stop... sounds like what happend was not something that could have been forseen .. unlike the conclusions that its a baby her newborn .... he would have most likely rushed to a hospital .... apparently there was no foul play involved either .... such as a murder ... do to the fact that they didn even question the stranger. ... which leaves me to the conclusion that the wife was at deaths door but it was a stranger who saved her life..... who is this stranger ... is the stranger a living being or something metaphysical ... police did arrive at the seen .. maybe first responders .... meaning he had to call emergency services .... who says it couldnt be some kind of animal ... that would explain the reason why he stopped the car do to his wifes behavior and rush to the nearest house ... coming back to find his wife had been bitten most likely by something ... something poisonous ... this is why the police didnt arrest or even question the stranger ... do to the fact that there is indeed a language barrier between humans and other animals .... and why would they arrest a say spider ... which would make the most sense in a car .. a snake is alittle obvious to see during a casual drive .... ill go with a spider ......

Maybe someone was in the backseat of the car hiding and grabbed her from behind the seat, the husband being distraught thought the wife had something else wrong with her. when the husband returns, the man in the back seat acts like he's trying to help her and tells the police he just happened to be walking by and saw the woman being near death and claims he came to help. That's why the police didn't arrest him. They didn't have any proof. Either that, or she was going into labor and the baby is the stranger. lol I'm not that smart but that's the best I can come up with.

The woman was having a heart-attack, and the man pulled over and ran up to the nearest house to call an ambulance. The stranger was a someone passing by and seen the car stop abruptly, and noticed the man running frantically toward the house. When he returned the stranger was inside the vehicle trying to help the woman.

The man ran to the nearest house to ask for help, because her wife was having a birth(that cause her strange behaviour.She was hurting!). When the police arrived, the woman had already had the birth! The stranger was her baby!

if that stranger was a big man police of course arrest him or asked him some questions .so the stranger must be a baby.
I mean her son.
I believe that the woman was pregnant and her wife was driving to take her to the hospital.
what a bad fate.

the man's wife was about to give birth which made the man to stop the car.....when he returned, his wife already gave birth and died..... the stranger was the newly born baby, that's why it wasn't arrested or even questioned...

1.her newborn babe (in case she was expecting ) or
2.an insect like a poisonous scorpion(that may have stung her)or
3.maybe a doctor (trying to save her).

The Grim Reaper? A policeman? A paramedic? A neighbour? A passerby? A passenger? Could even have been me, if I'd seen her calling for help I might have called an ambulance? Could have been loads of different people.
