i was da administrator of da computer,,, bt i 4got da password!!HELP!!?

n now i enter anthr account... how can i be da administrator again without reformatting da computer???

If You're using windows XP then it's easy. When you turn on the pc and get the welcome screen... use the combination keys Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This will bring a pop up asking for a user name and password. Type in: The Administrator but don't put in a password and then enter. This is an option that was provided in case people managed to forget their passes and to allow people fixing your pc to get into the pc when you're not around. I found this out when my sis blocked my password and the tech guy fixing the pc did it.

If you're not using XP.. well then the only other way i know off is to remove the lithium battery on your mother board. But only a proffessional should do that stuff. If you take out the battery everything on the computer is reset including the date and time, giving you the chance to reorganise your users. Of course if you don't know what the battery looks like and pull the wrong item... or if your battery is fused to the board.... (you really don't want to mess up in this case so find a proffessional)
