in a magnet,there are areas called domains which are properly arranged. When lightning strikes, these domains get disorganized and thus the magnet loses its magnetism

don't know about a video, but I would think a direct lightning strike would probably melt or otherwise disintegrate the magnet.

Heat will destroy magnetism (domain alignment). Lightning is pretty toasty.

small scale yes, big scale (maybe not yet) could be by using weather control or tesla. check out Singapore Science Centre's webpage.
