blind at age 10... you would at least have memories of colors, clouds, etc.
but 50% chance is a hard decision??? if it was 51% i'd go with the 1st choice.

because f you had 50% chance of gaining sight its half and half

I rather be born blind than to go blind. if your born blind that would be all you know and it wouldnt bother you. if you could see and then go blind that would be a lot harder to deal with!
