Yeah look at the IP addresses. You can select this option if you have a hotmail or gmail account. Not sure about Yahoo.

Don't know about programs but you could always do it the good old-fashioned gumshoe way. Try simply comparing the texts/documents to see how they're written. Look for things like;
*One or two spaces in between sentences.
*Similar use of incorrect punctuation/capitalization.
*One word misspelled the same way in both documents.
*Similar naming conventions between usernames.
*Compare the times you received the emails. It would be suspicious if they were sent within minutes from each other. Or, see which one was received second and guess how long it would take to type it out, subtract that amount from the time you received it, then see how closely that matches the first document.
*See when he/she doesn't have free time and confirm if any emails come from, or don't come from a time you know he/she is busy, such as at work or something.
*If you're close to this person (this one's kinda sneaky and dishonest) you may know, or be able to guess what their password is. Try it on the email address you know is him/her. If you get a lucky hit, try the same password on the mystery account. Of course, they'd need web-based email for this.

You can have a look at the header file and check if the mail is coming from the same user.
This is an example in gmail. If you click on options and then on show orginal it says it originated from lin.calsoft.co.in
Received: from lin.calsoft.co.in (lin.calsoft.co.in [203.129.222.68])
by mx.gmail.com with ESMTP id i39si13358875wxd.2006.09.15.00.27.47;
Fri, 15 Sep 2006 00:28:00 -0700 (PDT)
same way in yahoo if you click on view header details it gives the detail from veronica.pssindia.com
Received:192.168.2.68 ([192.168.2.68]) by Veronica.pssindia.com (Lotus Domino Release 5.0.9) with SMTP id 2006082422284656:67581 ; Thu, 24 Aug 2006 22:28:46 +0530
just check the header and see if the ip address is same. If its same then you know its from the same person.

There are a few ways that you can determine the IP, first, you can determine it through your e-mail server - just put your settings to show all information and check the IP's that way. Or you can google for a free program that will check IPs for you.
