Gay people dont multiply... if a gay couple wanted a child they could adopt if that is what you mean. But if you mean why do gay people exist (how are they made), then you just need to look at the animal kingdom. Homosexuality is present everywhere, it arises in animals that live in over crowded groups especially. Its just natures way of keeping the numbers down slightly.
Gay people do not recruit others and they cannot pass homosexuality on to others (if thats what you meant by multiply). Some people are just gay, it s they way they are, they cant help it (its not a choice), they dont wake up one morning and say, 'Hey I know, I want all the narrow minded ignorant people in the world to throw abuse at me and make my life hell so I'll become gay'
Its just life!!!

Gays multiply by the wrong education given to the people. Though they do not pass down a family gays still multiply.

I'm guessing your a child ..Males meet women that are prepared to have a child for them or adopt . lesbians meet guys that are prepared to give them their sperm to create a child . ivitro system ask your mom about that one
But if your asking if a gay person is born only unto another gay people then no you could one day parent a child that is a gay citizen

this is the result of several things:
1. first, it is about food: humans are changing because of food habits change: new balance with hormonae explain this.
2. second, society evolution: people are now allowed to express their feelings more openly and then accept/experiment the other side of themselves (every one has mix of masculine and feminine hormona) : then when reassured by society + their peers, it is easier for people to decide to be gay
3. family context: parenting roles have much evolved. Ex: divorce (no adult ref) or when father is weak or dominated it encourages young boy dissorders. etc...
