like can you get accepted if you got f's c's b's and a few a's freshman year and a's and b's soph through senior year?

You probably won't get into the BEST universities out there (e.g Harvard, MIT, Stanford), but if your SAT scores look good and you took some AP courses, then you'd probably be OK with average colleges and universities. Also, they also take activities into credit, so if you're not so strong academically, you should have a lot of extra-cirricular activities to boast to them about.

Definitely. No, you probably won't get into Harvard or Yale (but neither will someone who got B's along with their A's all the way through), but there are plenty of colleges who would recognize that somewhere along the way, you grew up.

Re-do your f's in summer school or a community college. The C's should be nothing to worry about or the f's if it is PE.

may have to take remedial classes

You have to have good SAT scores. Much more important than grades.
