There are a number of herbs available at your local health food store that would help you. Often times it is preferred to use a combination product to achieve the best results. One of the best most inexpensive products available that has been on the market for more than 50 years is a product known as Swiss Kriss by Gaylord Hauser. The product contains several herbs that are gentle yet effective. Another one that is very successful and again is inexpensive is a product by Nature's Life called Herbs & Prunes. You should make sure you are drinking adequate amounts of water, eating fiber and getting enough magnesium. If you are having a problem with constipation magnesium helps to relax the bowel. In fact, there is a product that is used as a colon cleanser called Mag07 from Aerobic Life that works great either taken in high doses as a stimulant laxative or in lower doses to maintain proper bowel function. Mag07 can be taken regularly.

It depends on the extent of the problem. If it's mild, try eating a banana in the morning, or papaya, or prunes. Prune juice also does it.
