me too u know... but that's kinda a long time ago, coz now i have my own way to wake up in the morning without late^^
I uses alarm basically. and I always asks someone to wake me up. and one of the best way (for me only maybe.. but i think u should try this) is to think of a motivation. get it? so, before u sleep at night, think about what you gonna do tomorrow. what makes you wanna wake up tomorrow, and what u've gotta do. but make sure what u think as a motivation is something you're looking forward to do, to have or to meet. So, good luck, sis!

Go to sleep earlier whenever it's possible. Don't let inconvenience get it in the way of sleep. Stay awake late only in emergencies.
Set an alarm clock across the room from your bed. Make sure it is REALLY annoying. That way you should be more awake and started by the time you turn it off. If that doesn't work, put more alarm clocks in different parts of the room so you have to turn off several. Make them loud and obnoxious. (I really did this in college.)

make bedtime as much of a ritual as possible. dont watch tv or use the computer for an hour before bed. dont eat for 3 hours before bed. these things are good for your sleep pattern and quality as well as your health. also, try getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night, and getting up the first time you awake. hitting the snooze button, getting a little more sleep, and THEN trying to get up, will only leave you more lethargic. also, eat something as soon as you get up. again, this is not only good for getting you energized, but also tells your metabolism to start working and is therefore good for your health as well.
oh, ALSO! you should not be getting more than 8 hours of sleep at night unless you are a child, elderly, or have a health condition that requires more sleep. TOO MUCH sleep will actually make you more tired.

my suggestion is the same as perplexed music lover. but that doesnt work for me as i just off all the alarms when they ring and went back to sleep.
you can ask your family to wake you up if they are still at home. or if they are not, ask them to call the house to wake you up. something like a morning call. you can set the ringing of your house phone to a certain volume that will wake you from your sleep. that way when you heard the phone ring, subconsciously you know that you have to answer it. then get that person to remind you to wake up. mostly once you stand up it will be easier for you not to go back into sleep again.
or you can try silly things that i do which are praying that i can get up early or tell yourself over and over again you have to get up early cos tomorrow got blahblahblah.

go to bed earlier. leave everything ready so u can squeeze a few minutes in the morning. set your alarm 30 minutes earlier so u can hit the snooze a few times before getting up. wash your face or take a shower. breakfast helps. maybe listening to the tv or radio while getting ready

try getting more sleep. i usually go to bed turn off the lights and watch tv for a while because it takes me some time to actually fall asleep. i also for some reason go to sleep thinking of the time i have to be awake and i actually wake up a couple minutes before the time.

Our brain is not sleeping, just before sleeping, talk to your brain that you have a very important things to do tomorrow and you will wake up on time..It is our brain that is in control of our sleep. Some times your brain is telling you to wake up but our body is saying no. That is where the problem comes. The body dictates and not the brain.Enjoy talking to your brain and have a nice sleep.

MOve your alarm clock or cell phone to the opposite side of your room. When your alarm sounds in the mourning you'll have to get out of your bed to turn it off.

Use two or three alarm clocks. Set the second and third ones to go off five minutes after the first and second, respectively. Try to use alarm clocks that do not have snooze buttons.
