Not me.I am taking naps now before I go to bed around 8-10,then get up and stay up a while then go back to bed to feel refreshed in the morning.Trust me if you are not getting 8 full hours of sleep,your body will get you for that.I am not a morning person.I have a web-site I am learning more about,this disease,its called,Delayed Sleep Disorder,we are like this for a reason,medication is not the answer.Try alternating your hours.PEACE AND SWEET DREAMS.
