Oh, right about three to four weeks after conceiving I started feeling nauseated, repulsed by smells, and very tired. Hunger came a bit later, then frequent urinating came next, at I'd say about 3-4 months. Swollen breasts didn't really start until late in the pregnancy, but then after I delivered, OMG!

all of the symtoms of pregnancy are cause by the hormones your body creates when you are pregnant. Each person is different and so the symptoms will show up at different times. Although I have heard of women knowing the next day after having sex, I think that was more intuition than physical evidence. Normally it takes 4 to 6 weeks after conception for the hormones to build up enough to cause visable symtoms, however, it can occur sooner. If you believe you are pregnant, the first and most important thing you can do is seek medical attention. If you do not have an OB/GYN or a family doctor you are comfortable with, there are other options. You can look in your area for a Planned Parenthood or a local clinic. They should be available in your area.

Unless you miss your period you cannot confirm you are pregnent or not. And delay in period can also be caused by STRESS. Those symthoms you said usually shows up only after a month as far as to my knowledge. But swollen breast can take place before your period too.
