Exercise

I had my BP tested recently it was 120/84. My GP said that's fantastic for someone of your age.

If my destination is not more than 30 minutes walk away then I walk. If everyone walked more we wouldn't be turning into a nation of fatties.

Alltitude? I think because its hilly it differs the blood pressure not sure really just wanted to guess

Probably because they get exercise walking up and down the hills!!

Where did you hear that? It didn't go that way for me, it went the opposite...mine went up! I left & it went down again!
