There's a Good Hill to Climb(On Foot! But better on a Bicycle)
It's Called Winnets Pass! Good Training for the Fainthearted!
Nip over the valley into Edale! Also Good!

Full of Tourists and 4-wheel Drive idiots! AVOID like the Plague in Summer!!! But nice to Visit when they Light up the Christmas Lights! It's Great Living in the Peak! But a Hell-hole full of City Folk during Summer time

If you mean Castleton in the Peak District; then yeah - it's okay.

It's small with a small castle to go and see, a couple of qaint tea shops, etc. It's nice to relax there for a morning OR an afternoon - but not both. It's also got a good chippie.

Surrounding Castleton there are some caverns to go and see and there's plenty of shops that sell Blue John Crystal.

It's a good starting point for a couple of walks as well.

In essence, it's not that bad, but don't get too excited.
