I have a team full of troubled individuals who cannot accept new challenges and tasks, who only see the inconveniences of anything new, they do do not see any good result in having some of their rights accomplished by me.
How can I fire them or make them leave without having extra troubles. (i am at the third level of an organization)

If you are new in the company. You can fire the lot of them.
You have no strings attached which makes you free to make them leave.
take out the coffeemachine destroy or sabotage it.
offer free company workouts at the gym
send them to a massage therapist and the therapist will tell them whats wrong. www.emofree.com for self help
Find the leader of the pack (the bad seed) and fire him immedeatly. Offer the rest options.
If you manage to optionize them and they may go for it you have won half the fight.

When an entire team is unmotivated and unresponsive, management (you) should look in the mirror to find the cause.

Replacing them without making changes in your management style will NOT solve the problem. Changing your management style will obviate the need to replace them.

You probably already have a reputation as a bad manager. Good prospective employees are going to avoid you like the plague. Your best shot is with the crew you already have.

You'd best be looking at the fourth level of the organization to assess your own tenure. If your team is performing that poorly, your head will be on the block VERY soon!

Why don,t you try working in the "Credit Model"which means you reward positive initiatives, instead of being negative and looking for faults in your employees. Also if you have an incentive scheme where they can be rewarded for increased productivity time off / bonus / shares in company etc. Finally if you truly want things to change, call a meeting and ask them what would make the company more productive. Do they have ANY say in what happens at work? No one likes change except those that instigate the change. The most successful companies are those that Validate their employees and include them in decision making...

You've got to get creative. Enstill a new system of things maybe "dress code" or something you know they'll really hate. Checking in every hour on the hour with you. Pretty soon they'll be dropping like flies. Within 1-2 months you'll have at least 3 - 2 week notices.

artwork on your courting with God. tell Him what you want, what you do not favor. Ask Him what He needs for you. (regardless of that could want to be, I promise that this is the whole!) Spend a even as with Him, and then listen. even as He tells you His answer, you'll prefer to take heed to Him. Ask Him to purge the confusion, and provide you with discernment. in case you imagine perhaps He might want to have type of stated something yet you at the on the spot are not positive, then tell Him, "i imagine you stated this, yet i'm not positive. i favor some affirmation." once you get affirmation ~ settle for it.listen heavily for Him to make 'if/then' situations. in case you try this, this, and that, then he will handbook you to this. even as He tells you what to do, do it. sometimes the answer is "Wait" (it isn't consistently effortless) Proverbs 3:5-6 have self belief contained in the LORD with all of your heart, And lean not on your own recognize-how; In all of your approaches renowned Him, And He shall direct your paths. Matthew 6:33 yet search for first the dominion of God and His righteousness, and a number of those issues will be further to you.

If your like typical management- which is seems you are- you like to try and fix things which are not broken. You're new right? You're trying to impress your superiors. Secondly, you don't accomplish ****, your subordinates do, so don't take the credit for their slavery you pompous prick. In most states, it is at will employment, so you can fire them without giving a reason, but you're the one that has to sleep with your conscious, which it seems like is absent in you.

find a motivated person from farther down the chain of command and promote that person up to being one of your staff. at the same time, demote the least motivated person on your staff down to the level that the motivated person came from. the rest of your employees should take the hint and get motivated. if not, keep looking for fresh talent.
