I know that milk of magnesia has some kaolin clay in it. It's used to absorb toxins that are in your stomach.

Kaolin is the same thing as the clay that some people eat, it's called pica

Milk of Magnesia is simply magnesium hydroxide mg(oh)2. It gets its name from the milky color of the suspension. For its various uses, check out wikipedia.com

Something Nastey, White taste like power milk they give u in the hospital for a upset stomach, Or u can buy it in stores..
