Can you create your own teams and players in Fifa World Cup 2006?

I really need to know badly. First person who answers gets best question if they can solve my problem.

You can create your own players, but not your teams.
Make your players (goto Creation Central in My Fifa06), and you can transfer them from club to club.
You can change the team members in a club, but not the name.

just on some game you can and this I don't know I have but we can't do the players just we can sellect them from where r the teams to play with them and I have one we can create the players.
