what can i do that will tone my stomach really fast! and i can't do aerobics because i have NO time..help please!

Avoid salt at all costs. . . that will help make sure that you have no bloating. Also just try to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and lean meat. Not a lot of carbs until the day.

If you don't have time to take a class or anything, just go ahead and do some crunches before bed or try to walk more during the day.

Oh, how I wish there was a way to do that.

Your stomach is perfectly toned. Sit ups won't help. If you can't see some ab definition, it's because of the layer of fat over it, not because you don't have those abs somewhere. Everyone has a six pack somewhere in there.

I hate to say it, but you're out of luck. Just find a way of not wearing the shirt. If it's for a school play, explain to the director that you don't feel comfortable wearing it. If it's for some special event, pick something you won't feel self-conscious wearing.

If you want to tone your stomach in the long run, then you're gonna have to actually exercise, do cardio, etc. Sit-ups are great, but they're not going to make you lose fat on your abs, just get you stronger. You need to run, swim, bike ride, do aerobics, et cetera in order to achieve that. That makes you lose fat all over your body, and your stomach will also get the results by showing more tone. But for 1 and 1/2 weeks... the best solution is to change the shirt.

But please please please do not "crash diet" (aka not eat or close to it) in order to lose the weight and try to make your stomach look good. It is such a bad idea and totally not worth the results.

I'm sorry. Biology sucks.

If you work as your boss if you could go to lunch and then go to a tanning booth. If your in school lay out in the sun for a couple of days. If your a kid 8-12 I don't know what you could do I guess stand outside A LOT!!!

slimfast sit ups swimming walking no salt loads of water no bear no carbs tones of fruit but not bannanas if that fails quit your job
