hi, i really need help with something, when i was very young,say 8 or so i had a dream that i was sitting in a room in a circle of people and the other day i found myself in the same position and it hit me so hard, i completly remebered the dream and everything, hte day after i have already forgotten most of the dream and what i remebered as well, is there anything i can do to try and remember it again.

Premonitions come on in just the way you describe, you get into a setting and all of a sudden you've been there before. There is no way I know of to make it all come flooding back, it's been my experience that it comes back in pieces. I have the same situation (that I won't go into) but for 2 years now I find snips of it returning to me when I'm placed in different places with different people in different circumstances. Roll with it, it can get interesting.

will ur desire purpose oriented .if so tell what for . the way u choose . i will try .
other wise such remembeences may cause agony/ mental restless ness. so if no purpose acheived &only for acadamic interest i consider ,to give not importence

hypnotherapy or deep relaxation ,but i wouldnt worry we all have them ,i have them weekly there a pain in the ****,makes me laught you want to remember them i cant get rid of them,strange.
