it's becauseeee......mmmmmmm.......perhaps when you look at a cow's face, you'll notice the 'M' shape whether you see the whole thing, the nose, the ears and the head, it's all about /M\.....and when you want to have a long sentence you go like oooooooooo, so that's why they like the letter M, and to making it long they end up with the sound we all know as a MOOooooOOOOoo00oooo....
