I know that some comes out prior to ejactulation, so that may be an issue. But how likely is it to get pregnant if this is the only "birth contol" being used.

The "withdrawal" method of birth control has a 28% failure rate, meaning that if this is the only method of birth control being used, out of 100 women, 28 of them became pregnant.

To simplify, if this is the only method of birth control you are using, your chances of becoming pregnant are a little more than one in four.

Very likely, try abstinence, condoms, birth control pills, foam, IUD,
masturbation, oral sex, but don't count on "pulling out" as a means to avoid pregnancy.

Brendalyn is right. This is a terrible method of birth control. The reason is that sperm can come out of the penis even before orgasm and ejaculation.
