That the US politics is run by a bunch of elite and rich people who pay u good money to put up a show in front of public to make them believe in democracy.

That the US foreign policy is not concerned about spreading freedom in mid east, if they were that concerned, how come they didnt invade other mid east countries such as syria, saudi arabia, saudi arabia has many oppressed women caged in their homes, how come bush doesnt want to invade that place if he is sooo concerned about freedom?

no matter whom u vote for, the elite decide

and they decide at american people's expenses, they decide, and americans lose their lives

and their dream? to keep the western empire the greatest the world has ever known. its about power squirrels

This is the way it is. The rich get richer and the rest of us get the shaft.

I agree with 98% of what you're saying. Our country right now is just a giant herd of sheeple led by a cabal of overclass sociopaths: Darth Cheney, Von Rumsfeld, Condosleeza and their little sock puppet, Bush....

I don't doubt that both parties have (at least in their lower ranks) many honest, committed activists who believe they're fighting evil but they're just being played for fools. They're like the bulls in a Spanish arena. The bull honestly thinks he's in a fight; he attacks his enemy with total committment and yet it's all a fraud, a show put on by the owners of the arena. The really sick part is that it's the bull's passion that makes the show work. The bull's fierce determination allows the audience to suspend their disbelief and buy into the illusion that something real and unscripted is happening out there......

The professional politicians in each party play the matador to the passionate believers in the opposite party and the beat goes on, phony socialists vs phony traditionalists in a giant, mega-budget bad movie.....

My only quibble with what you said is this:
"their dream? to keep the western empire the greatest the world has ever known"

Do you think these people actually care about either Western Civilization or the judgement of history? I don't. I don't think they're Communists, Fascists, Humanists, Christians, Jews, Illuminati, Obscuranti or anything else. In fact, I doubt they relate to anything in the entire sphere of human existance except for their relative status among other powerplayers like themselves.

Yeah, but the sad thing is that the people getting screwed over the hardest are the ones who allow it to happen. There are so many church going flag waving no money having Republicans whose kids are being sent to die in Iraq for nothing who just love Bush and love all the stupid things he's doing. I don't know when people will actually think for themselves but I don't think it'll be anytime soon.

Judging by your avatar I'd say I realized that truth before or about when you born! I love my country and the flag that stands for it's now lost ideals, but the love stops there. I grew up in the age of Vietnam, I KNOW the dream has long since died.

I would agree with you about that being past policy, but no more. Bush had to fight our own State Dept. to force a policy change from "Stability" to "Progressive". The State Dept. was previously a major obstacle to solving alot of our problems with other nations. They would rather have a "stable" blood-thirsty dictator in power, than instability in a fledgling democracy.
