As you got some nice answers about eating fruits, I would like to post some recipes for facial masks that is good for skin.

<<<<< Grapefruit Mask >>>>>

1 grapefruit
1 small pot plain yogurt

1) Peel the grapefruit, break the flesh into segments and remove the seeds and pith.
2) Blend enough yogurt with the fruit to make a paste. Leave the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3) Apply the pack to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Gently remove with cool water, then pat dry with a clean towel.

This is a skin-toning facial treatment, naturally rich in AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids), suitable for all skin types.

1 egg yolk
10 ml / 2 teaspoon almond oil
1 ripe banana

1) Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mash into a paste, using a fork.
3) apply the pack to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Gently remove with cool water, then pat dry with a clean towel.

This is a rich and nourishing face pack for dry skin.

1 ripe avocado
5 ml / 1 teaspoon clear honey
5 ml / 1 teaspoon lemon juice
5 ml / 1 teaspoon plain yogurt

2) Apply the pack to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Gently remove with cool water, then pat dry with a clean towel.

This is a nourishing and regenerating facial for rejuuvenating tired or mature skin.

I've been reading quite a bit online about how dark chocolate is really good for your skin. Not just regular milk chocolate, but the dark. Health at Real Age, and even Dr. Weil has facts on this finding.Go to there web sites and you can find some more information.

believe it or not, dronking a lot of water makes the skin nice and smooth , the same with watery fruits. use citrus to get a lot of vitamin C, eat carrots(or drink juice) to help ur skin easier get tanned and keep teh tan longer as it has a lot of carotin, try apples, bannanas, pineapples works very well.

the best fruit which is full of vitamins are oranges....
but u want ur skin to be soft and beautiful....my suggestion would be eat lots of green vegetables,Dal(pulses),and water...
trust me it works wonders....
it worked for me....!!!!
