I'm 23 years old. I have had college experience but did not complete my degree.(due to financial reasons) But now I really see the error that I made. Has anyone else began an engineering degree so "late in life?" Not that 23 is old.

Nobody is ever to old to get an education. If you want to go back and get your degree by all means go and get it. I think you will be pleasently surprised to see people twice your age trying to get the same degree. Never let your age be a factor in anything you want for yourself.

It's never too late to complete your degree and change careers.

At 23, you still have more options than you realize.

Good luck my friend.

23 is not too old and it is quite common for people to have a lapse in their college pursuit due to family, finances, etc. There are a number of scholarships available for returning students. Scholarship search engines such as Fastweb.com and brokescholar.com could be very helpful to you.

You are too YOUNG! There's a huge influx of GenX, baby boomers, even senior citizens, who are getting engineeering degrees now. For pete's sake, give them all a chance to graduate before you enroll! :-)

No. You are definetly not too old. There are even some programs that focus on educating people later in life.
