Muslims are protesting in the streets, screaming "Death to...", yet no one condemns their intolerant hatred of EVERYONE elses religion. They blatantly voice their hatred of Jews, Infidels, The West, etc. and get away with it. Are we all cowards ????

Yeah, we are cowards. I was born in a Muslim country (not proud of it) and the only way to get rid of it is fight fire with fire. Fight terrorism with terrorism, dirty bomb mecca see what they do after that if they strike back harder you have to strike back even harder. They just get worse if you give in. We made a peace treaty and ended up with oslo, we gave away Gush Katif and ended up with Hamas controlling it... We have to fight back and HARD!

From the beginning Islam has always been spread by the sword. It has always been violent and hateful towards others. It is also a religion of contradictions.
Many Muslims say a Jihad is a defensive war and never mention the first by Muhammad Caliph-Jihad Bakr. This Jihad was just Arabian Imperialism. This is mainly why many Muslim academics stay away from anything that occurred before the Crusades.
I know many answers will argue and say Christianity killed more etc, etc.
What you have to look at is Islamic History as a whole, and not make comparisons. Rememeber the early christians had to worship underground and were persecuted by the Romans.
Islam has alway been violent. After Muhammed conquered Mecca he said to the survivors " Worship Allah or Die"
Other contradictions is literature itslelf. It is said that Muhammad was visited by the Angel Gabriel. This is the same Angel that visted the holy mother Mary over 600 years earlier. First of all, the name Gabriel is Hebrew meaning strong hand of god. This is interesting since Jews are considered Infidels by Islam. So an Angel with a Infindel name dictated the Koran to Muhammad?
Muslims hate anyone who is not Muslim, that is the Nature, History an teachings of the Koran.

Well, Christians in the middle ages used to react the same way. I believe Islam is going through the equivalent of Europe's Dark Ages.
Also part of the problem is they're own insecurity. The fact is that most of the Muslim world is poor, ignorant and ravaged by war and oppression. They need a scape goat for their problems, hence their hatred of Israel and the West. When they perceive someone is criticizing their religion, they feel like a man that's been beaten to the ground getting an extra kick. I just wish they would put as much energy in solving their own problems as they do in their paranoia and hatred. Sometimes I think that the best course of action would be for the West to totally disengage with the Muslim World. Not likely to happen because of the damned oil...

I think that Islam has more to fear from Christian missionaries than the armies of the US and Europe. Eventually religious teaching that preach love rather than hatred will be heard in the Muslim world and you will see a large exodus of people from that religion.

That is a very good question. I ,for one, am sick of those radicals trying to make everyone in the world embrace their third century way of life. I do believe the third world war is coming and it will be Muslims versus everyone else. They don't care if you are atheist....in their crazy minds, if you are not Muslim, you must die!

No, they are too busy hating Christians to see anything. Christians are considered to be the hatemongers, but no where have I heard a Christian declare "jihad" against anyone for not believing like they do. We do tell you that you will go to hell, if you don't choose wisely, but at least we are not sending you there.

i totally agree and banking on the next world war to be Christian vs. Muslim, know think of the fun would could have if we where like other counties and produced our fuel from grains... say goodbye to foreign oil and say good bye to that war

Bush is not a coward either. but he is no doubt internationalist to a fault. and that's not a good thing either. what should we do about them protesting? i saw on one of your other posts that you think we should just bomb all of them. but that is just the kind of immature remarks that a kid would make.
